GERMAN SKILLET 
1 tbsp. butter
1 (14 oz.) can sauerkraut & liquid
2/3 c. uncooked minute rice
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. venison sausage
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

In casserole, place butter, then the kraut. Sprinkle rice over kraut, then the onion. Crumble sausage over onion. Pour sauce over all. Bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes in a 375 degree oven. (Don't precook sausage.)
