GERMAN STYLE PORK CHOPS 
6-8 (1 inch) pork chops
1 (1 lb. 11 oz.) can sauerkraut, undrained
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt

Brown chops slowly on both sides. Add sauerkraut. Simmer for 40 minutes slowly over low heat until chops are fork tender.
