PARTY POTATOES 
8-10 med. potatoes
8 oz. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped chives
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
4 tbsp. butter
Paprika to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil peeled potatoes until tender. Beat sour cream, cheese, and hot potatoes together. Heat until smooth. Add butter, chives, salt, and pepper. Pour into well greased 2 quart casserole. Dot with butter and sprinkle paprika on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. This can be made a day or two ahead, but turns to mush if frozen. Serves 8-10. Men love this!
