CHERRI'S HOT POTATO SALAD 
5 lbs. potatoes
1 lg. onion, diced
12 boiled eggs
Sweet pickles
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Mix together.

DRESSING:

3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sweet pickle juice
1/2 c. water

Mix.

1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise

Mix first 4 ingredients; set aside.

Mix next 3 ingredients.

Then add flour and sugar. Cook dressing until thick, do not leave. Mix all ingredients except mayonnaise (for dressing). When dressing thickens remove from heat and add mayonnaise. Pour over potato mixture and stir well. Makes a large amount.
