1 box powdered sugar 1 stick butter, softened 18 oz. peanut butter 2 c. Rice Krispies 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits 1/2 slab paraffin Mix first 3 ingredients, thoroughly. Add Rice Krispies. Make into 1 inch balls and chill. Melt chocolate and paraffin in double boiler. Keep warm. Dip balls with toothpicks, leaving small bald spot on top for "eye". Place on cookie sheets covered with wax paper. Keep refrigerated. Yield 50-60 balls. |
