NEVER FAIL HOLLANDAISE SAUCE | |
3 egg yolks 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. salt Pinch of pepper 1 stick butter 1/4 lb. Put the first four ingredients in a blender. Melt the butter to foaming stage. Blend the other ingredients in the blender 2 seconds. Add hot butter slowly while blending. Serve. |
