CHICKEN SALAD HONOLULU 
2 c. cooked chicken breast, diced
1 c. celery, diced
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 1/3 c. cooked rice
Greens

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine chicken, celery, pineapple, coconut and rice. Toss with dressing and chill. Serve on greens.
