SWISS BROCCOLI CHOWDER 
1 meaty hambone (1 lb.)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
1 c. milk
1 c. cream
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. water
Dash pepper

Cook bone for 1/2 hour in 2 quart pan half full of water. Add milk, broccoli, cream and flour. Cook 1/2 hour longer. Add pepper and Swiss cheese. Preparation Time: 20 minutes. Serves 4.
