GRANDMA'S BLINTZES 
2 lb. dry cottage cheese
2 egg yolks
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 to 2 tsp. sugar
Crepe recipe
Sour cream
butter

Combine the first six ingredients and mix well. Place about 2 tablespoons in the middle of a crepe and fold envelope style. Pan fry in butter and serve with sour cream.
