1 pkg. frozen green peas
1 stalk celery, diced
2 green onions, diced
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
5 slices bacon, fried, drained, diced
Salt and pepper to taste

Put frozen peas in colander, pour boiling water on them. Drain. In bowl, stir the mayonnaise and sour cream. Add celery, onion, bacon, and peas. Season to taste. Garnish with parsley.
