SALMON MOUSSE 
1 can red salmon, drained (keep liquid)
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. ketchup
2 pkg. gelatin
1 c. mayonnaise

Flake salmon and mix with onion. Soften gelatin in water and stir until dissolved. Combine salmon liquid, ketchup and vinegar; bring to boil. Add gelatin to mixture. Gently blend hot liquid with flaked salmon. Stir in mayonnaise. Pour into oiled fish mold. Chill several hours. Serves 10 generously.
