CRANBERRY FLUFF 
2 c. raw cranberries (ground)
3 to 4 c. miniature marshmallows
3/4 c. sugar
1-2 c. unpared tart apples, diced
1/2 c. seedless green grapes
1/2 c. walnuts (broken)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cream (whipped)
Pineapple slices (optional)

Grind the cranberries in a meat grinder or chop fine in a blender or food processor. Combine cranberries, marshmallows and sugar. Cover and chill overnight. Add apples, grapes, walnuts, and salt. Fold in whipped cream. Chill.

Turn into a serving bowl or spoon onto pineapple slices in lettuce cups. Garnish with a cluster of green grapes.
