ALL BRAN PANCAKES 
1 1/2 c. all bran
3/4 c. flour
1 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. cooking oil

Let all bran stand 5 minutes in milk and water to soften; add egg, oil, and dry ingredients sifted together. Cook as usual.
