1 c. flour
1 stick softened butter
1 c. chopped walnuts
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
16 oz. frozen whipped topping
1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk

Mix flour, butter and walnuts. Spread in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees and cool.

Mix well the cream cheese, sugar and half of the whipped topping. Spread on crust.

Mix together the pudding mixes and milk and spread over cream cheese mixture. Cover with remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle with shredded chocolate, if desired.
