WISCONSIN CHEESE SOUP 
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion

Saute this together. Add:

2 cans condensed chicken broth
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash cayenne

Heat 10 minutes. Add:

2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. beer

Stir until cheese melts. Add 2 tablespoons parsley and serve.
