CARAMEL POPCORN 
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white corn syrup
3/4 stick butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Pop enough corn to fill a brown grocery sack 2/3's full. Place popped corn in brown bag.

Combine sugar, syrup, butter in saucepan; cook over low heat until melted. Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and stir (mixture will be foamy). Drizzle over popped corn (in large bag). Place in microwave 1 1/2 minutes on high. Shake. Return to microwave 1 minute on high. Shake. Return to microwave 1/2 minute on high. Pour into bowl, allow to cool. Break apart and enjoy!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
