CARAMEL POPCORN 
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. white sugar
2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

Boil to 250 degrees. Keep stirring. Take off heat, add soda, salt and cream of tartar. Enough for 6 to 7 quarts of popped corn.
