CARAMEL CORN 
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. white Karo syrup
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
5 quarts popped popcorn

Melt butter, brown sugar and Karo syrup in saucepan. Bring to a boil and add soda and vanilla. Beat until foamy and pour over popcorn. Bake at 250 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring about every 10 minutes.
