CARAMEL POPCORN 
1/2 c. unpopped corn
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. white corn syrup
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Microwave 2 1/2 minutes high. Stir and microwave for 2 more minutes. Remove add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Pour over corn in a paper sack and shake real hard. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes remove and shake again and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes more.

Take out and spread on cookie sheet to cool. Break apart.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
