BROCCOLI BREAD 
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
1 lg. onion
6 oz. cottage cheese
1 stick butter
4 beaten eggs
Dash salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients together except muffin mix. Add mix last. Pour into muffin tins. Bake at 350-375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
