ORANGE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. Kellogg's All-Bran cereal
1 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins

1. Combine flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg; set aside.

2. Beat sugar, oil, eggs until well combined. Stir in cereal, peel and vanilla. Add flour mixture, zucchini and nuts and raisins. Mix well. Spread evenly in greased 10 x 6 x 2 inch (1 1/2 quart) glass baking dish.

3. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Spread with orange cream cheese frosting. Yield: 12 servings.

ORANGE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
Milk (if needed)
