2 (1 lb. 5 oz.) cans cherry pie filling
1 (2 layer size) pkg. white cake mix
1 c. slivered almonds
1 1/2 cubes butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread pie filling in a baking dish, 9 x 13 x 2 inches. Spread dry cake mix evenly over cherries. Top with almonds. Pour butter over top and bake for 45-50 minutes or until done.
