TOFU LOAF 
1/2 c. bulghur
1 c. water
1 lb. tofu
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. instant minced onion

Bring water to a boil; remove from heat and stir in bulghur. Cover; let sit for 15 minutes.

In a bowl mash together tofu and eggs. Stir in seasoning, mix well with bulghur. Pour into buttered loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with ketchup.

Excellent. I baked in a low, square Corning dish. Came out firm and tasty. So easy to vary this good, simple recipe. Will use fake beef bouillon next time when cooking the bulghur wheat. Will also try different spices and additions. A major keeper for this longtime vegetarian,
