TOFU LOAF | |
1/2 c. bulghur 1 c. water 1 lb. tofu 3 eggs 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. instant minced onion Bring water to a boil; remove from heat and stir in bulghur. Cover; let sit for 15 minutes. In a bowl mash together tofu and eggs. Stir in seasoning, mix well with bulghur. Pour into buttered loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with ketchup. |
