NEW POTATO SALAD 
1 1/2 lbs. sm. new potatoes
3 tbsp. minced green onions
3 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 pkg. Italian reduced calorie salad dressing mix (prepare according to pkg. directions)

Cook unpeeled potatoes in boiling water until tender. Cool and cut potatoes in 1/4 inch slices. Mix all ingredients. Cover and chill. Yield: 6 servings. 95 calories per serving.
