4 chickens breasts, cut into strips
3 tbsp. mayonnaise (no substitutes)
1 large squirt yellow mustard
3 heaping tbsp. Parmesan cheese
4 cups crushed corn flakes (any brand)

Mix mayonnaise, mustard and Parmesan cheese together. Roll chicken strips in batter. Then roll chicken in corn flakes, coat well on all sides. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray (Pam). Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
