OVEN STEW | |
1 lb. boneless chuck roast, cut in cubes 3 each med. potatoes and carrots, cut in bite size 2 sm. onions, quartered 1 env. onion soup mix 1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup Layer in order given. Pour 1/4 cup water over the top. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Stir before serving. |
