JAMBALAYA CREOLE 
1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
3 oz. pepperoni, thinly sliced
3/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. cleaned, deveined shrimp
1 lg. tomato, chopped
1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

In large pot, cook sausage, pepperoni, green pepper and onion until vegetables are tender crisp. Add broth, shrimp and tomato. Bring to a boil and add remaining ingredients. Cook, uncovered, about 30 minutes or until rice is tender and all liquid absorbed. Serve hot.

This can be made in advance and reheated when ready to serve. Serve with a salad or green vegetable.
