HITACHI SHRIMP JAMBALAYA 
1 lb. or more shrimp
1 stick butter
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. bell pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 can chicken broth
2 c. rice (raw), use rice measure
4 oz. drained, sliced mushrooms
Red pepper and salt to taste

Add all ingredients to rice cooker. Stir to mix. Plug in Hitachi and cook covered. Stir once when mixture is boiling. Cook until Hitachi goes off.
