JAMBALAYA SHRIMP 
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 onion
1 green pepper, chopped
1 sweet red pepper, chopped
1 c. cooked ham, diced
1 c. cleaned shrimp
1 clove garlic, minced
Chopped parsley
Salt, pepper & paprika to taste
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 c. water
1 c. uncooked rice

Using a large heavy saucepan saute onion, peppers, stirring constantly. Add shrimp, continue stirring over low heat until shrimp is cooked. Add ham and tomatoes, water and seasonings. Simmer 10 minutes, then add rice. Lower heat, cover and cook 25 minutes. Serves 6.
