OATMEAL PANCAKES 
1 1/2 c. oatmeal, quick or regular
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. honey
1 1/2 c. milk

Combine dry ingredients together and in separate bowl combine wet ingredients. Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir to blend. Let mixture set for 10 minutes, stirring 2 or 3 times. Cook on griddle at 325 to 350 degrees.

NOTE: These cook a little longer and slower than normal due to consistency.
