ORANGE SHERBET SALAD | |
6 oz. pkg. orange flavored gelatin 1 c. boiling water 1 c. orange juice 1 pt. lemon, orange or pineapple sherbet 11 oz. can Mandarin oranges, drained In small bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add orange juice and sherbet; blend until sherbet is melted and mixture is smooth. Chill until thickened but not set, about 30 minutes. Fold in oranges. Pour into oiled 4 cup mold or 8 inch square pan. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. To serve, unmold or cut into squares. Makes 6 servings. |
