NO CRUST PUMPKIN PIE | |
1/2 c. Bisquick 1/2 c. white sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 lg. can evaporated milk 2 c. cooked pumpkin Put eggs, sugars, cinnamon and Bisquick in bowl; beat. Add pumpkin and milk. Mix and pour into greased and floured pie pan. Bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes or until done. |
