MRS. MILLS G.'S CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 pkg. fresh cranberries, ground or 1 can cranberry sauce with whole cranberries
2 c. sugar (use only 3/4 c. sugar if cranberry sauce is used)
1 whole orange, including peeling, with seeds removed, ground
2 sm. pkgs. or 1 lg. pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. hot water
1 c. ice cubes
1 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine berries, orange and sugar. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add ice cubes and other ingredients. Chill until firm. Serve on lettuce. Salad can be topped with mayonnaise. Makes about 14 molds.
