ARGENTINE MEAT PIES 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tbsp. garlic
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
1 tbsp. capers
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1 sm. can tomato paste
Salt to taste
1 tsp. cumin
Hot sauce to taste
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 (9 inch) prepared pie crust

Brown meat, onions, garlic, peppers, celery and capers. Add seasoning. Add raisins and tomato paste, simmer. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake at 300 degrees until crust is brown. Serve with Cheddar cheese or crushed corn chips.
