24 oreo cookies
1 stick soft butter
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding

Crush 23 cookies mix with butter. Press into 9 x 13. Chill well until next step. Mix sugar, cream cheese and 1/2 of Cool Whip spread over crust. Chill well until next step. Prepare pudding as package indicates spread over layer 2. Chill well again. Frost with remaining Cool Whip and 1 crushed cookie. It is very important to put in freezer between step for easier spreading.
