BLUEBERRY KUCHEN 
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour (divided)
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. plus 2/3 c. sugar (divided)
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. white vinegar
5 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1/8 tsp. cinnamon

In medium bowl mix 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup butter, salt and 2 tablespoons sugar. Sprinkle with vinegar and press into pie plate. Add 3 cups blueberries.

Mix 2 tablespoons flour, 2/3 cup sugar, and cinnamon; sprinkle over berries. Bake at 400 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
