SCALLOP POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 can cream of mushrooms soup (Campbells)
1 sm. pkg. sharp cheddar cheese

Cook potatoes in small amount of cooking oil until potatoes are done. Mix mushroom soup with 1/2 can milk in bowl, then add to potatoes. Add all cheddar cheese and simmer 10 minutes and serve.
