CHOCOLATE CINNAMON ROLLS 
3/4 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. shortening, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/3 c. cocoa
2 1/4 c. flour, sifted

Dissolve yeast in warm water; add shortening, salt, sugar, egg, cocoa, and 1 cup flour. Beat 2 minutes with electric mixer. Add remaining flour and blend. Use enough flour to knead for a soft dough. Let rise until double. Roll on board to 12 x 9 inch. Spread with 1 tablespoon soft butter. Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Roll up; cut into 15 pieces. Place, cut side down, in pan; let rise until light; bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees.
