MARINATED GREEN BEANS 
2 lg. cans green beans, drained
1 thinly sliced onion
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix and place in Tupperware bowl. Add Sour Cream Sauce.

SOUR CREAM SAUCE:

1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. horseradish
Grated onion to taste
2 tsp. chopped chives
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Combine all ingredients. Mix well and pour over green beans. Make 24 hours ahead. Will keep up to a week in refrigerator.
