WATERGATE SALAD 
1 box instant pistachio pudding
1 (9 oz.) carton whipped topping
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. cut-up maraschino cherries
1/2 c. shredded coconut (optional)

Fold dry pudding mix into whipped topping. Add other ingredients. Put mixture into 9x9 inch pan or mold. Refrigerate until served. May be frozen. Thaw before serving.
