ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. browned hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 lb. zucchini in 1/4" slices & cooked
1/2 c. cheese
1/4 c. milk
Bread crumbs

Alternate layers of hamburger, zucchini and cheese in 8 x 10 inch baking dish. Mix soup with milk and pour over. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until light brown on top. Yield 6 servings.
