VEGETABLE DIP | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1/2 c. parsley 1 c. Miracle Whip 1 c. dairy sour cream 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper Combine all ingredients. To be used with carrots, green peppers, celery or cucumber slices. Be sure to cut small enough for dipping. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving. Submitted by: Judy Merrick |
