FRIED RICE 
3 c. cooked rice
3 tbsp. oil
3 beaten eggs
4 ribs celery
5 green onions
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. diced ham
1/2 c. peas, if wanted

Prepare rice 12 hours before. Scramble egg until set, remove from wok. Cook celery 4 minutes. Add onions, mix in rice, soy and ham and peas. Cook until heated. Add eggs and serve.
