SUMMER ITALIAN PASTA SALAD 
3 c. (12 oz.) elboroni, uncooked
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) Italian dressing
3 c. broccoli flowerets
3/4 c. red bell peppers, slices
1/2 c. diced ripe olives

Cook pasta according to package. Drain, rinse with cold water to cool quickly. Drain well. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Refrigerate several hours. Makes 8 to 10 servings.

Preparation time, 25 minutes plus refrigerating.
