FUDGE PIE 
1 stick butter
2 squares chocolate
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pinch salt

Melt butter and chocolate in sauce pan over low heat. Do not overheat. In a mixing bowl blend flour, salt, sugar, slightly beaten eggs and vanilla. Add melted butter and chocolate. Blend together.

Pour into greased pie pan.

Bake at 350°F until firm to the touch. Watch carefully and do not over cook. Cut into pie wedges and serve with a scoop of ice cream.
