RANCH STYLE HASHBROWNS 
5 lg. potatoes, grated
1 c. onions
1 c. green peppers
1 1/2 c. diced ham

Combine onions, green peppers and ham in large skillet with half a cube of butter and saute for 3-4 minutes. Season to desired taste. After 3-4 minutes add grated potatoes and cook to desired cruchiness.
