FESTIVE EGG SQUARES 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. sliced green onions (include tops)
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/4 c. Bisquick
12 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease rectangular baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2 inch. Layer sausage, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, and cheese in dish. Beat remaining ingredients; pour over sausage mixture. Bake until golden brown and set, about 30 minutes. 12 servings.
