ORIENTAL CASSEROLE 
1 c. onion
1 c. celery, sliced thin

Saute in 2 tablespoons butter. Do not brown. Add 2 pounds ground meat (or if you prefer you can add sliced steak cut very thin). Add to onion and celery mixture. Keep turning until meat loses its red color.

1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 can bean sprouts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Water chestnuts, sliced
1 med. can chow mein noodles
2 tbsp. LaChoy soy sauce

Mix all together. Bake in a large buttered casserole for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Salt and pepper to taste and you may want to add more soy sauce. Good with fruit salad.
