OATMEAL BISCUITS 
1 3/4 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. reg. oats, uncooked
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. low calorie butter
3/4 c. nonfat buttermilk
Pam for spraying pan

NOTE: Each biscuit has 96 calories.

Combine first 5 ingredients; cut in butter. Add buttermilk stirring until moistened. Pour dough on floured board. Knead 4 to 5 times. Roll dough, cut with biscuit cutter. Place on sprayed pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Serves 14.
