APPLE AND TUNA SALAD 
1 can water-packed tuna
1 med.-sized tart apple, cored and chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
3 tbsp. low-calorie mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. dill weed
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and chill. Serve on salad greens. Serves 3. 3-D exchanges: 3 meats, 1 vegetable, 1 fruit, 1/2 fat.
